Processing

Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed the following open business day. Please allow 2-3 standard business days for your order to process. Standard operating business days are Monday-Friday.

Shipping Policy

All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to be edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. If your package is lost or stolen in transit you will need to make a claim with the carrier you selected when checking out. BarajasHats is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages shipped.

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds.

All  items are final sale and cannot be returned.

If you ordered the wrong product, we will not be able to exchange it as it is the customers responsibility.

Please verify the correct shipping address, and item that has been selected before completing the checkout process as it cannot be modified or changed. It is the clients responsibility to contact the carrier for any address changes.

Barajas Hats reserves the right to reject returns if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the customer is attempting to return worn items.
